Testimonials

I could not have asked for more from the team. They were polite, courteous and incredibly hardworking despite the challenges of the heat waves. The work was being carried out to make an accessible space for a wheelchair using child and they could not have been more thoughtful of her during their work. They ensured she always had access and as soon as they saw us coming would rush around to make sure the path was clear for her. They were thorough and took great pride in their work, only settling for perfection. July 2026

Arron and team designed and built a wooden decking with rope edge for our garden office/chalet. As expected they have done an excellent job and it has transformed the space. The quality of work and attention to detail is second to none, the team are friendly and industrious, and you know you can leave them to get on with it with no fuss. Booked the job weeks ago and they arrived when they said they would and got the job done swiftly. Communication before and after has been excellent. It’s no surprise TSG come so highly rated, it’s well deserved. July 2026

This is the second big job that we’ve used Arron & his team for &, as before, we couldn’t be happier. This time we had our patio extended & a large pond with rockery & waterfall installed. They were efficient, timely & really clear in managing our expectations (a bare pond in October won’t look pretty at first!) I’d really strongly recommend them as a company & we would definitely use them again if we had any other projects to complete. December 2026

5+ Star Review for The Secret Garden.

I can honestly say I've never experienced the level of customer service and professionalism that this team bring. The design was bought to life and even enhanced by Arron and the team. They worked through rain, hail and the almighty British Cold!

From stripping out activities, to rebuilding a gorgeous Mediterranean style garden that we keep going out to sit in even though it's still chilly. Our home lives are transformed forever. The kids just want you to be out there, eating pizza, listening to the calming splash of our water feature.

We experienced some surprises and they rose to every challenge, making the finished product simply stunning.

From beginning to end The Secret Garden team go above and beyond to make sure everything goes to plan.

We’ve just used Arron and his team for the 3rd time at this property, but they’ve also done work for my parents, and for us at our previous property. We’ve primarily had patios, lawns, fencing and a pond installed, all of which have been done to an extremely high standard. Arron and his team work exceptionally hard, are precise, clean and tidy, have lots of knowledge and experience to be able to provide useful advice and support, are competitively priced, and a pleasure to have around. We’d never look to use anyone else and we recommend them whenever anyone’s asking about landscape gardeners. February 2026

Arron and his amazing team completely renovated our garden and from the start finis, the whole team were amazing. Arron visited us numerous times, to listen and give advice on what we were thinking of doing. He bought samples of what we wanted and throughout the entire process guided us, whatever we wanted, nothing was too much trouble. They only use the best materials, and the final result shows this. I would recommend the Secret Garden to anyone who is thinking of having their garden Renovated.

Arron and his team, (Corran and Jason) are a really professional group, they always turned up when they said they would, on time and were always courteous. Despite one or two problems outside our control i.E. Weather - Aaron was able to work round them and come up with alternative ideas, The garden looks amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend The Secret Garden Company for the quality of workmanship. A Job Very Well Done. Would Definitely Have Them Back For Further Work.

I have just had my patio and lawn re-done. I have been extremely pleased with all the work involved, including planning, preparation and the finished project.  Arron is meticulous in how his projects will finish and always pushes for a very high standard. He is always ready to explain what he is doing and how it will be done. I will definitely recommend  The Secret Garden to all my friends.

The Secret Garden did exactly what they said they were going to do. From the very outset, the site was always kept tidy, and everything was stored neatly. We had a large patio rebuild and our pond needed desperate attention. The ideas that Arron came up with for both of these, not only saved us money but went beyond our expectation of what we could achieve. Thanks again for a wonderful job, our pond is now a joy to sit around.

Excellent workmanship, at a very affordable cost. Polite and friendly staff, always ready with advice. Does not leave the job until the customer is completely satisfied. The aftercare is also excellent.

Every aspect of the work was professionally conducted by a very courteous team. Nothing was too much trouble. Technical know-how and handling of materials was first class throughout. This was a major garden makover with significant quantaties of materials - all project managed by the team down to the finest detail.

The guys at the Secret Garden worked exceptionally well given the very high temperatures we have been experiencing. Everything was carried out as per the plan with continued discussion and input on how to optimise things. They always left the site neat and tidy and did a fantastic job. Five star rating. Arron and his team recently removed a dilapidated joint ownership garden fence and replaced it with a like-for-like fence meeting today's standards - dealing respectfully with both parties involved. Secret Garden came highly recommended - Arron & his team and their work lived up to expectation. From initial phone call right through to job completion, Arron and his team were polite, professional, highly skilled and work was of a high standard. Their work ethic should also be commended; quiet, clean & tidy and of high craftmanship. We have no hesitation recommending Arron and The Secret Garden. January 2026

We recently had Arron and his team complete a new patio for us and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish they were professional, hardworking, reliable and clearly took pride in their work. The quality is fantastic and the attention to detail really shows. They went the extra mile throughout the project and were always happy to address any questions or fix small issues quickly and without hesitation. Arron and his team were friendly, respectful and kept everything tidy while they worked. We would highly recommend them to anyone May 2026

The Secret Garden came highly recommended from landscape designers we had used in our previous garden and we could not have wished for a better team. From the very first meeting to the final handover The Secret Garden team have provided excellent advice, fantastic workmanship and attention to the small details which have delivered our now fabulous courtyard garden. We could not be happier with the outcome. July 2026

Sue and I would like to congratulate you on the completed landscaping project at our house. The result has surpassed our expectations and has transformed the entire property. We’re delighted. From start to finish you have handled the project in the most professional manner, keeping us informed at every stage of anything we might need to know and asking if there were any questions or decisions to be made. The mess and disruption was at a minimum given the tight constraints of space and everything was left immaculate. Very well done and if you need a reference or would like to show it off to any potential client you only have to ask.

Very hard workers especially as the weather conditions were so bad. Good sense of humour and professional at all times. The fence was something a tad unusual, however the results are stunning. It was good to have a team that understood my brief.

Ms Thomas

Great job, professionally completed with the best of care taken; from initial quote and working out the details to the labour and courtesy maintained through the process. Arron and his team have really transformed the space around our home and it has completely transformed the look and feel of the property. We now have a garden that we're looking forward to using and spending a lot more time in. Hard to imagine finding another pro outfit like these guys.

Mr Jenkins

We have had some of the most horrendous weather to be laying a patio in, but Arron and his team turned up every single day as promised and worked in rain and sleet in order to get the work finished. Communication was excellent, talking me through every step and running unforeseen issues by me to find the best way around. We are really pleased with the quality of work done and so glad that we got Secret Garden in to do the job. Would Recommend without hesitation.
