Turf

We are able to supply and install all the Turf needed for your landscaping project, either large or small. We generally supply and install Turf as part of a larger landscaping project, but we can supply Turf for just a new lawn project entirely on its own.All our Turf is locally sourced from Hillbery Turf in Cambridge. We can offer all grades of turf, for different conditions and uses. We generally remove existing vegetation or whatever is there already and dispose of. We then supply and lay down new Loamed Soil and level. On top of this we roll out and Knit in, the new rolls of turf and cut in where necessary. After completion the turf will take between 3-6 weeks to root down into the ground, depending on weather conditions and time of year. This means that there will be restricted access to the new lawn for that period of time, to prevent damage to the new turf. In drier conditions the turf will require frequent watering form the customer.

We are also able to provide a seeding service if you don’t want to turf the area. This can save money, but does not always guarantee a total coverage of new turf. This is however a cheaper option.
